packaging engineer. From 1994 to 1997 he served as engineer- ing manager in the Analog Devices Philippines assembly and test operation. In 1997 Mr. Harney joined the MEMS division in Cambridge, Mass with responsibility for the assembly and test operations as well as the advanced package development team. He received a Manufacturing Engineering Degree in 1983 and an MBA in 1993, both from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Rob O’Reilly began his career at Analog Devices in 1993 and is the Director, Product Test and Measurement for the Micromachined Products Division. Rob leads the Advanced Test, Test, Trim/ Probe and Characterization groups. Over the past 15 years, he
has played a key role in the development of Analog Device’s iMEMS® accelerometer and gyroscope test, reliability and char- acterization processes. An aspiring musician, Rob plays lead guitar with the local Boston band Cosmic Igloo. When time per- mits you can find Rob handling the recording duties at Bacon Street studio in Natick, Ma.
Alex Khenkin is a Senior Acoustics Engineer at Analog Devices, Inc. He has over a decade of experience in microphone research and design at Earthworks Inc. in New Hampshire. MODEL HT426E01
We Can Take The Heat.
Introducing the Industry’s First High Temperature Preamplifier to +120 °C
Getting accurate measurements in and around a vehicle’s engine, manifold, exhaust pipe and other hot spots can be difficult and expen- sive. New Model HT426E01 high temperature, 1/2 inch ICP® low-noise microphone preamplifier is designed to overcome high temperature challenges associated with powertrain and vehicle systems NVH testing.
Operating temperature range to +120 °C (+ 250 °F)
Suitable for use with 1/2 inch precision condenser microphones
Temperature range eliminates the need for high-priced probe microphones; minimal set up costs
Wide frequency capability
Operates from ICP® sensor power
