What do you want to accomplish within the next 10 years or before retirement?
I want to make positive changes in research and higher educa- tion, with a particular emphasis on facilitating international collaborations. I believe that the globalization of academia is an inevitable evolution, but how we optimally leverage our col- lective expertise has yet to be worked out at the institutional level. I want to shape that future.
