AT Collections – Discovery of Sound in the Sea (DOSITS)
Underwater sound can be a difficult topic to explain to the general public, teachers, or the media. The Discovery of Sound in the Sea (DOSITS) project is dedicated to providing peer-reviewed information about the science of underwater sound and how people and animals use underwater sound to accomplish many of the tasks for which light is used in the terrestrial world at a level that is digestible for a variety of audiences.
