AT Collections – Soundscape Environmental Sound
The world around us is filled with sound. While humans and other animals are well adapted to deal with natural sounds, there is growing concern that the sounds around humans and animals are changing in a noisier world, and that these sounds can influence behavior and health. The articles in this Collection talk about the sounds around us (the soundscape), indoors and out of doors, increasing changes, and their mitigation.
